What have you accomplished in your professional life/career since your 40 Under 40 selection?
I have helped people and companies see and seize their potential and the path to their success. Success is defined differently by individuals and companies.
What accomplishments, milestones, or endeavors have you attained in your personal life since your 40 Under 40 selection?
My wife, Carla, and I raised two great kids who have turned into successful adults. Family is important!
If you were to “do it all over again,” what (if anything) would you do differently throughout your career?
I would be more tolerant and understanding at a much earlier age.
How did your 40 Under 40 selection help your career?
The publicity helped to increase awareness and increase my network.
What is something that you have a new passion for since the time of your induction — either professionally or personally?
Serving and assisting nonprofit organizations.
Based on your experience, do you have any advice for today’s young professionals (under 40)?
Seize the opportunity and take every opportunity to learn as much as possible! Everyday situations are great learning opportunities, along with education and self-education.
