Madison Gas and Electric is suing four LLCs and Gregory Rice, the owners of 131 W. Wilson, for $220,752 plus attorney’s fees, according to a Wisconsin State Journalreport. The utility is seeking the amount for unpaid utility bills. The building has been plagued by structural issues and the city recently approved the demolition permit for the 12-story building that houses the now closed Paisan’s restaurant.
