Little Tibet is expanding into the Madison Public Market.
The restaurant serves momo, a traditional steamed dumpling, and other Tibetan cuisine and has continued to expand after beginning as a food cart.
“Food is culture, connection and an offering made with care,” owners Namgyal Tharten and Ponsar Tharten said in a statement.
The owners will also feature rotating specials at the new location, including food and beverages using seasonal ingredients.
Little Tibet also has a restaurant on East Johnson Street and a market and cafe on North Sherman Avenue, in addition to its food cart.
The Madison Public Market is a year-round public marketplace that expects to open this year.
