Little Tibet is expanding into the Madison Public Market

The restaurant serves momotraditional steamed dumpling, and other Tibetan cuisine and has continued to expand after beginning as a food cart.

“Food is culture, connection and an offering made with care,” owners Namgyal Tharten and Ponsar Tharten said in a statement.

The owners will also feature rotating specials at the new location, including food and beverages using seasonal ingredients.
