Grocery store and public transit workers are the latest groups to be added to the proposed COVID-19 vaccine priority list for Wisconsin, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report.
The new designees will be added to Wisconsin’s phase 1b list for vaccination. The phase also includes teachers and prisoners. Approval for the phase 1b plan will be taken up by the full State Disaster Medical Advisory Committee this week. Last week, Tim Metcalfe, president of Metcalfe’s Market, argued that grocery store workers be included in the next phase.
