What have you accomplished in your professional life/career since your 40 Under 40 selection?

I launched my own consulting business in 2014. EVAlution Management was founded on the principle of helping companies make better decisions for better business. I work with small-sized companies and help them through the difficult stages of business growth and transitions. Building partnerships and relationships with my clients and seeing them thrive has been very rewarding.

What accomplishments, milestones, or endeavors have you attained in your personal life since your 40 Under 40 selection?

My husband and I welcomed our daughter in 2018. She has been teaching us a lot about life. It’s fun to see the world through her eyes. Everything is a wonder.

If you were to “do it all over again,” what (if anything) would you do differently throughout your career?

Nothing. I wouldn’t change anything. All the challenges, obstacles, and victories led me to where I am now and I am grateful for that.

How did your 40 Under 40 selection help your career?

Our community is incredible at recognizing people and their achievements. I have made a lot of new connections as a result of being a part of 40 Under 40. But more than anything, it gave me a confidence and that ultimately opened a lot of doors for me.

What is something that you have a new passion for since the time of your induction — either professionally or personally?

I have had more time to volunteer and give back to the community. I have always been passionate about helping women to rise and reach their potential. I have been volunteering on various boards of the organizations that support this type of mission, like DAIS and The Business Forum. And personally, my family is my passion.

Based on your experience, do you have any advice for today’s young professionals (under 40)?

Work hard to reach your dream, don’t settle. Find yourself a good mentor and surround yourself with people who will support you on your journey.
