Madison’s Plan Commission has unanimously approved a plan to raze a small church, the former Fraboni’s Italian deli, two houses, and Buckingham’s Bar and Grill for a new housing development on the 800 block of Regent Street, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report. The project by Chicago-based CRG Acquisition includes a 10-story building with 178 apartments, 3,000 square feet of commercial space, and underground parking and bike storage. The project heads to the City Council for approval of a certified survey map.
