Charter school to rename campuses after donors

One City Schools will rename its two Dane County campuses after financial supporters Pleasant Rowland and the Krupp-Gove family, according to a report from the Wisconsin State Journal. A 13.5-acre parcel of land in Monona purchased by One City Schools in July will be named the Pleasant T. Rowland Leadership Campus. One City Preschool, a tuition-based independent preschool for 4K students and 2- and 3-year-olds, and will be renamed the Krupp-Grove Family Unity Campus. One City Schools currently offers the tuition-based preschool along with a tuition-free public charter school for students in grades K-4.
