Modern bathhouse Saunaday opened at 315 S. Blount St. in Madison on July 21, Madison Magazine reports. The communal space was co-founded by Roshelle and Jason Ritzenthaler, who took inspiration from a “global resurgence of sauna and bathhouse culture.”

The 5,000-square-foot thermal bathhouse features saunas, a cold plunge pool, cedar salt scrub showers, a Moroccan hammam-inspired steam sauna and a lounge area. A two-hour bathhouse session costs $55.

Saunaday also offers private suites, memberships, Hinoki hot soaking tubs and exfoliating kits for self-led steam rituals. It will host events including DJs in the bathhouse, stretch-and-soak sessions and guided breathing sauna sessions.
