Zimbrick Automotive Group, Inc. has purchased Stark Chevrolet and its body shop in Sun Prairie. Terms were not disclosed.
All 55 Stark employees will remain, but the name will change to Zimbrick Chevrolet. Steve Bell, a 22-year Zimbrick employee, was named general manager of the Sun Prairie location.
The transaction does not include Stark Chevrolet in Stoughton.
