Zendesk expands, will add employees

Zendesk, a San Francisco tech company, is celebrating the opening of a new office at 1 S. Pinckney St. in Madison. The 14,000-square-foot office will house about 40 employees in the short term, but the company is expecting to expand its workforce to 100 employees by the end of the year. Zendesk provides cloud-based customer service and help-desk software. The Madison office is the company’s largest North American office outside of its San Francisco base.
