Zandru’s opens on State Street

Zandru’s Tapas Bar has opened at 419 State St. in Madison, offering authentic Spanish tapas in a casual environment.

Co-owner Alberto Santos and his partners are from the Dominican Republic and have a history of restaurant experience.
