Verona-based Zander Solutions Inc., a waterproofing and foundation contractor, announced the acquisition of American Home Consultants LLC (AHC) of Deforest. AHC provided energy consulting, home inspection, and insulation contracting for residential and commercial buildings. The combined business will operate from the existing headquarters for Zander Solutions, at 421 Nine Mound Road, in Verona. Details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
