New restaurant Eloura is planned to open around Valentine’s Day, the Cap Times reports.
The restaurant, located at 10 W. Mifflin St. on the Capitol Square, is owned by Kalyani Venkatraman and her brother Akash, who also own Indian-Italian fusion restaurant Zafferano Ristorante in Fitchburg.
Eloura will serve Mediterranean food with hints of East Asian cuisine.
