Young Blood’s newest brewery and taproom is set to open in May in the DeForest Yards mixed-use development.
The taproom and brewery will also have a kitchen.
Young Blood opened its original brewery and taproom at 112 King St. before adding another taproom at 557 North St.
It is known for brewing hazy IPAs, pastry stouts and traditional lagers, while serving items like a highbrow Crunchwrap inspired by Taco Bell and rotating hot dogs like the current mac and cheese iteration.
