A new Asian fusion restaurant opened on Jan. 9 in Verona on West Verona Avenue, the Verona Press reports.
Yeeshan Asian Eatery said on its website that it pairs “chef-driven technique with seasonal ingredients to create dishes that feel vibrant, balanced and restorative.”
It also said it blends traditional Asian food and influences with modern technique.
The restaurant was founded by sisters Jennifer Li and Connie Li. The menu is led by chef Victor Chong, who has Malaysian roots and began cooking at 16 in his family’s restaurant.
