In a recent press release, the Wisconsin Women’s Business Initiative Corporation (WWBIC) announced the hiring of Steffane Timm as the new co-director for Veterans Business Outreach Centers (VBOC) for Wisconsin and Minnesota.
In this position, Timm will be responsible for implementing the execution of the VBOC Cooperative Agreement in Minnesota and Wisconsin. She will develop vision and strategy, direct and monitor related programming, and coordinate “Boots to Business” and “Reboot” events. She will work in tandem with WWBIC’s VBOC co-director for Minnesota and Illinois, Keith Murphy.
Previously, Timm served as the Veteran Market director at Veterans Outreach of Wisconsin in Racine. During her tenure, Veteran Market attendance increased by 60%.
