Middleton-based WTS Paradigm, a technology solutions provider for the building products industry, has acquired 360 Innovations, a software builder for companies that manufacture and sell custom products.
The acquisition was effective Aug. 18.
WTS has retained the Canadian company’s 40 employees, as well as its other offices in France and the United Kingdom. 360 Innovations will continue to operate as a division of WTS Paradigm.
Terms were not disclosed.
