More than 1,400 dairy products from 34 states were judged this week during the World Dairy Expo Championship Dairy Product Contest at Madison College’s Truax campus.
The contest, which started in 2003, is the only one in the world that features a full array of dairy products, including cheese and butter, Grade A products, and ice cream.
