In August, Boneset Records opened at 222 North St. on the east side of Madison, according to a Capital Times report. The business was started by Maggie Denman, a musician and former employee of Sugar Shack Records. Denman started the company when the owner of Sugar Shack Records, Gary John Feest, decided to retire. Denman received the remaining inventory from Feest to start her business.
