Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC), the combined state chamber, manufacturers association, and safety council, has started a new initiative that aims to protect the business community from government entities that have overstepped their authority, according to a release from the organization.
Working on behalf of the business community and the public, the WMC Litigation Center’s attorneys will author briefs and file lawsuits in defense of free enterprise, to ensure regulatory certainty, and to enforce the separation of powers. Lucas Vebber will serve as the center’s executive director.
