A new Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants location will come to Middleton on Monday, Jan. 22, according to NBC15. The restaurant will open in Greenway Station at 1611 Deming Way.
The restaurant’s menu includes modern American fare and offers carryout and catering. Each dish is accompanied by a bin number that helps diners choose wine pairings for their meals. Its dining area will be able to accommodate over 200 guests, and a patio space will have seating for an additional 44. Private dining for up to 50 guests will also be offered.
The new Cooper’s Hawk location will be the second in Wisconsin, joining one in Brookfield, and its 60th overall.
