Wisconsin unemployment rate remains unchanged, below national average

The Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development announced Wednesday that the state’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate remained at 3.1%, below the national rate of 4.4%, according to September data.

And total non-farm jobs decreased in September from the previous month, but represented a gain over the year, sitting at 3 million.
