In 2019, 113.2 million visits to the Badger State generated an estimated $13.7 billion, including $1.6 billion in tax revenue, resulting in the biggest tourism impact on the state’s economy in more than a decade, according to a study from the Wisconsin Department of Tourism.
Tourism in Wisconsin supports 202,217 full- and part-time jobs. The findings are part of an annual study conducted by Tourism Economics that highlight continued growth across the state’s tourism industry.
