Wisconsin specialty cheese maker Roth Cheese received two awards at the World Dairy Expo.
The company earned a first place, Open Class Hard Cheeses award for its Roth Grand Cru Original Wheel, with a score of 99.88, and a second place, Open Class Hard Cheeses award for its Roth Grand Cru Original Block, with a score of 98.75.
Roth Cheese is part of Emmi Roth, the U.S. subsidiary of Switzerland-based Emmi Group — a leading specialty cheese producer.
