The coronavirus outbreak in China is disrupting supply chains for solar panels and is impeding Wisconsin’s first large-scale solar farms, according to a report in the Wisconsin State Journal.

The global spread of the virus and the resulting travel restrictions and factory shutdowns could delay schedules and cause cost overruns. It’s not clear how this might affect the final costs to ratepayers.
