Wisconsin Secretary of State Sarah Godlewski announced her endorsement of Sen. Melissa Agard as the next Dane County Executive.
Sen. Agard currently represents Wisconsin’s 16th Senate District and served as Senate Democratic Leader from November 2022–December 2023. Prior to her time in the state Senate, Agard served in the Wisconsin State Assembly and on the Dane County Board.
The general election for Dane County Executive will be held on Nov. 5.
