The Wisconsin Safety Council is now accepting nominations for its 31st annual Workplace Safety Awards, formerly known as the Corporate Safety Awards. Presented in partnership with M3 Insurance and the Department of Workforce Development, the program honors Wisconsin businesses for outstanding commitment to workplace safety and health.

“Safe workplaces protect employees while boosting productivity, morale, and economic growth,” said Aaron Huebner, executive director of the Wisconsin Safety Council. “By renaming the awards, we emphasize the team members who drive safety and well-being across organizations.”

Winners will be chosen by a panel of safety, health, and insurance experts based on safety records, training programs, leadership in safety, and other achievements. Awards will be presented in three categories — Manufacturing; Agriculture, Transportation, Utilities & Other; and Construction — with up to 10 Grand Awards distributed.

Nominations are due by Feb. 3 at noon and can be submitted online. Winners will be announced during the Wisconsin Safety Council Annual Conference, scheduled for April 14–16 in Wisconsin Dells.
