For a second time, the city of Chicago has put Wisconsin on its Emergency Travel Order list of states.
The city requires that visitors from Chicago to states on the list quarantine for 14 days upon returning home. The list is determined by COVID-19 case surges, and states reporting more than 15 cases per 100,000 residents are included.
