New research conducted by personal injury attorneys at Premier Law Group analyzed workplace data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) and the Census Bureau across the U.S. to identify which states offer the best and worst working conditions. The study examined factors such as average hourly earnings, working hours, injury rates, unemployment rates, commute times, and remote working.
Wisconsin was ranked eighth lowest for job stress, with a stress score of 39.2 out of 100. Neighboring Minnesota achieved the lowest job stress ranking, with a stress score of only 32.6 out of 100.
