The Wisconsin Department of Revenue’s annual Equalized Values Report shows Wisconsin’s total statewide property value as of January 1, 2020 was $613 billion, a 6% increase over the prior year with growth occurring in all property classifications.
Values are based on data from Jan. 1, 2019 to Jan. 1, 2020, and findings include residential property values increasing 5%, commercial property increasing 7%, and undeveloped property increasing 2%.
