In a recent report from the Wisconsin Realtors Association, Wisconsin home sales set a three-month record this summer. This record was due to a combination of the state gradually reopening in June and record-low mortgage interest rates over the summer.

Summer home sales grew 2.8% compared to the June–August period of 2019. Robust sales growth in July and a slight improvement in the August market pushed summer home sales to 27,795, the strongest summer sales volume on record for the state.
