According to the USDA, Wisconsin produced 235.2 million pounds of cheese in November 2013, a 0.1% decline compared to November 2012 and a 3.4% drop from October. American cheese production dropped 4.1% compared to November 2013. Cheddar output fell by 6.7%, and mozzarella dipped about 0.3%.
