Wisconsin Bank & Trust will open a new, dedicated mortgage lending office at 2310 Crossroads Drive in Madison. The new office is slated to open in April, creating as many as 15 new jobs, including positions for 10 loan originators and up to five support staff. A second, similar office will open in Green Bay in March.
