Wisconsin Bank & Trust reported second quarter net income of $1.5 million, equaling earnings from the same quarter in 2012. Year to date, net income has increased 10%, from $3.7 million for the first six months of 2012 to $4.1 million in 2013. Wisconsin Bank & Trust is a subsidiary of Heartland Financial USA, Inc.
