Wisconsin among states least influenced by celebrity brand endorsements

New research from digital market experts at Skyline Social has revealed Wisconsin to be among the U.S. states where residents are least influenced by celebrity endorsements. Eighty-six celebrity brand endorsements were considered to identify the states searching for them the most and least.

Researchers looked at the combined number of searches for the following search term variations: [celebrity + brand], [celebrity + brand] endorsement, [celebrity + brand] ad, [celebrity + brand] commercial, and [celebrity + brand] advertising.

According to the findings, Wisconsin ranks ninth among states least influenced by celebrity endorsements. The state averaged 36.89 searches per 100,000 residents each month, which is 21% less than the national average of 46.48 searches per 100,000 people.
