Seattle-based Redfin, a real estate website and brokerage, has ranked Wisconsin 10th for people moving to the state versus moving out during the fourth quarter of 2025, BizTimes reported.
According to the report, the fourth quarter featured a net inflow of 7,208 people. The state at No. 1 was Florida, with 34,381 people moving to the state in the same period.
Many of the people who moved to Wisconsin are from the Chicagoland area.
