Wisconsin keeps moving up the ranks in Chief Executive magazine’s annual “Best and Worst States for Business” survey of CEOs.
Since 2010, the state has climbed from 41st place to 11th this year, up from 12th last year.
CEOs also ranked Wisconsin 3rd overall among Midwest states.
CEOs from around the country are surveyed on items such as tax and regulatory regime, quality of the workforce, and quality of life.
