After a decision last year to move its broadcasting signal to a new frequency, WISC-TV is still not at full power due to necessary equipment upgrades that have yet to be completed, according to a Wisconsin State Journalreport.
WMSN-Channel 47 is now back to broadcasting at full signal strength, but reportedly, temporary equipment at University Research Park has prevented WISC from doing the same.
