Wing Capital Group of Milwaukee purchased Madison-based Sani-Matic, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of sanitary process cleaning systems. According to reports, Sani-Matic has 125 employees.
Wing purchased the Madison company from FCF Partners, LP, another Milwaukee investment firm, which owned the company for the past 10 years. Terms were not disclosed.
