The village of Windsor board unanimously approved Gebhardt Development’s proposal for 122 market-rate, workforce housing apartments, according to a release from the company. The project is located at the intersection of Lake and Gray Roads and includes four acres rezoned as a conservancy district. The village recently conducted a study that indicated a large need for additional workforce housing. The project will begin in 2022.
