A patent infringement lawsuit filed by Wicab against two former employees has been dropped, according to the Wisconsin State Journal. The suit, brought against Yuri Danilov and Mitchell Tyler, claimed the men left Wicab to form their own company and that they used and financially benefited from technology they worked on while at Wicab.
