The Tavern League of Wisconsin announced the creation of Community Helping Empower Employers to Remain Successful (C.H.E.E.R.S), a charity for its 5,000 members in the hospitality industry, according to a release from the organization.
Contributions to C.H.E.E.R.S. will be donated directly to TLW members who were in good standing as of March 1 and will be distributed equally 30 days after the safer-at-home order expires.
