WHEDA’s Fall 2025 competitive loan applications open for the Restore Main Street, Vacancy-to-Vitality and Infrastructure Access Loan programs on Tuesday.
The loans are meant to increase affordable housing options across Wisconsin.
WHEDA has awarded nearly $19 million since the three competitive bipartisan legislative loan products launched in 2023.
