A new, far west side project from Veridian Homes would convert a swath of farmland along Mid Town Road into single-family housing, two multifamily housing complexes, and commercial space, according to the Wisconsin State Journal. It would also add 40 acres to Elver Park, create new internal streets, and add nearly 25 acres of regional stormwater control.
The “Midpoint Meadows” neighborhood would take over roughly 70 acres of farmland owned by the Marty Century Farm. Most of the development’s 244 single-family and twin homes would be situated west of a future extension of High Point Road to the south; a few single-family homes and 363 multifamily units would sit east of the High Point Road extension and a realignment of Raymond Road.
