The City Council gave its approval for homes to be added to a west side subdivision at 7960 Raymond Road. The city, which purchased the land last year from the Madison Audubon Society, will rezone 9.5 acres for 16 residences on land adjacent to the Hawks Creek subdivision. An additional 4.4 acres at the site were approved for public open land.
