The last Shopko building in Dane County, at 7401 Mineral Point Road, will be renovated for the new home of the national fitness chain Crunch Fitness, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report. The 80,000-square-foot facility was home to Shopko since 1980 and was closed in 2019. Prep work is underway at the location but construction has not begun. The estimated opening date is unknown.
