WEDC narrows CEO search to three candidates

After receiving 100 applications, a Wisconsin Economic Development Corp. committee has narrowed its search for a new chief executive to three finalists.

Gov. Scott Walker will choose from the following finalists: Ralph Howard, a business consultant with Howard Leadership Services of Random Lake, Wis.; Michael Jenkins, managing director of Denali Ventures, Grafton, Wis.;  and Jason Jensen of Madison, formerly with Parts Now! One of the finalists will replace Paul Jadin, who left the WEDC to join Thrive, a regional economic development organization representing eight south central Wisconsin counties.

The search committee consisted of WEDC board members Scott Klug, Dan Ariens, Corey Hoze, and Lisa Mauer.
