The Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence (WCPE), the Performance Excellence Network (PEN) and the Iowa Quality Center will co-host a webinar on Thursday, May 15 about the Leading Excellence & Achievement Program (LEAP), which centers on leadership development. This online discussion will feature a panel of leaders from different types of organizations, each sharing their insights and experiences from LEAP — concepts that translate to other organizations.
WCPE and PEN are now putting together a LEAP cohort for a late summer launch. This webinar discussion will feature four participants from LEAP’s most recent cohort, who will share their experiences with the program and LEAP capstone projects.
Thursday’s session will run from 8-9 a.m. (with optional speed networking from 7:45-8 a.m.) via Zoom. All registered attendees will receive a link to the recording after the session as well. Click here to register.
