It’s almost grilling season, but consumers are being urged to check their grill brushes.
According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, “small metal wire bristles can detach from the brushes, stick to the grill or food, posing an ingestion hazard and risk of serious internal injuries that could require surgery.”
Over 3.2 million brushes are in the recall.
Numerous model numbers are being recalled, and they can all be found online. The CPSC recommends disposing of the brushes and replacing them.
