Madison-based Webcrafters Inc., a book manufacturer with about 400 employees, announced it will cut at least 20% of its staff by fall, as it prepares for the impact of a reduced workload from a major customer.
Job losses will affect general operations as well as Webcrafters plants on Fordem Avenue in Madison, and in Westport.
